Ning Zhang, a German qualified lawyer, focuses on advising international clients, in particular entrepreneurs, shareholders, managing directors and employees in the fields of corporate and employment law.
She has extensive experience from assisting numerous greenfield investment activities as well as M&A transactions of international companies in Germany.
As a native Chinese who has lived in Germany for more than 24 years, she is able to explain complex German legal issues in comprehensible terms and offer constructive solutions for international clients.
